Keeps saying installling

I just bought unlimited bowling and I can’t even install the game, contractors vr just got a new update and ever since the game just says “installing” I cant force stop it or uninstall the game. It has been this way the past 17 hours. I just wanna bowl. What do I do

Google is your friend. You need a computer and SideQuest, and clear the App Data for this app:
