L/H Controller not detected by the VR headset most of the time, other times it when it is visible it's unusable and showing up grey. Tried new battery, swapping battery with R/H controller, and re-paired it several times. I can feel it startup when the VR headset is turned on, but it hasn't worked since I got it. Is there something else that can be tried to rectify this problem

Reboot the headset after you've re-paired the controller
Try a different play location as light and texture can sometimes affect controller tracking
