I recently bought a Dell - Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - AMD Ryzen 7 - 16GB Memory - 512GB Solid State Drive. And I am wondering if it is compatible with my quest 2.
You don't say if you specified the optional additional graphics card or not but even if you did, it's pretty feeble by VR standards so I suspect the answer is going to be no, sadly.
