I just got the Oculus Quest 2 brand new and my laser beam pointers started freezing on any of the menu screens, from the Oculus menu bar to the internal menus in Big Screen, for example. This started happening when I had 34% charge and I was sitting right next to my high-speed internet. First time using the headset. Not sure what could be causing this problem. Also, in the same menu environments, the screen freezes with big black blobs that block out much of the visual. After fumbling with buttons and moving around, the freezing eventually stops and I can continue making selections.
