I’ve replaced the battery in my left controller 3 times in under 2 weeks. I have not had to do the same with my right controller. Keep in mind I am right-hand dominant therefore I tend to use my right controller more. For whatever reason, it seems my left controller is killing my batteries every three days with very little usage. Please advise on what I can do to fix this. I wish I could send it back but I’m way past my window.

Oh no! Controllers are an essential part to gaming and having one that doesn't work hinders the process. We want to help as much as we can! If you haven't tried, please remove the battery for at least 10 minutes, as this would act as "resetting" the controller. Then, add in a fresh AA battery, preferably an Energizer or Duracell premium grade battery as they are great at powering high-drain devices like Quest controllers. Let us know if this helps! 🙂

Also, nothing has ever happened to my controller. Im pretty OCD about my possessions and I place everything back in a case after every use. I have a large area to use it in and I’ve never hit anything.

Thank you for your response, I can assure you that has been done many times including today. I’ve also had to supply a fresh ‘energizer’ battery today again to the left controller. I’ve detached the battery several times for over an hour. I have a new battery that is already down. By the way, I’m using the same energizer batteries in the right controller and it’s not eating the power up. I’ve only had my quest 2 (brand new)about 3 months or less. This is clearly a problem with the manufacturing.
