My Quest 2 has no more battery, when I charge it the orange light comes on, the charging logo appears but nothing more.It never charges and I can't turn it on.I waited two days and tried again without result
Hey VieuxTabarnac! We understand your Quest 2 doesn't seem to be charging and we'd like to help you with this. Here are a few tips to get this fixed:
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
Try a different Cable/Charger is possible
Try charging from a different Source (another PC or different wall outlet)
See if the headset will load the boot screen and then exit out.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on the headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads
Exit and reboot the headset
