My quest is frozen and won’t turn off

Idk it’s frozen I can’t turn it off the controllers don’t move idk what to do so I came here any1 know how to fix it?

hold the quest for 10 sec  and it will work it happen same to me

If holding the button doesn't work, id try charging the headset with a different type c charger and holding it again.
