My right controller is constantly going forward and it wont go any other directions. It's not stickdrift because it won't go any other directions.

Watch this. Skip to the part where he takes apart the joy stick. You will see two v shaped contact things. I think what happens is only one side makes contact. You need to bend them up. Worked for me.
