I jave a quest 2 and for some reason it won't show any downloaded games or apps that i have on my library when i turned it on so i checked the storage and it deleted them all so i went to go reinstall them but when i try to search anything or click on a game it says something went wrong try again so i reset my quest but it still is broken. It was working yesterday btw
Having access to your gaming library is critical for getting lost in the VR landscape. We know troubleshooting is less fun than using your Quest 2, but we have a few steps we can try to expedite your time outside the headset!
Uninstall your Oculus Companion mobile app, reinstall and log back in.
Hard reboot the device.
Turn off your headset.
Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device, select it using the power button.
