Not seeing library in Quest

Hi folk,
I have had A CV1 and a RIFT with no issues. Decided on a Quest. I can connect with Devices near you. but cannot with add a device. Tried a Tablet and a Phone. BTW, the link works great when at PC. If I connects with devices near you I cannot see my library. I had issues with my hidden network with adding a device, but solved that. It connects and I go through the safety video but cannot get past that. It states that something went wrong and to contact support.I bought this through Best Buy so my days are numbered for a return. I am sure this is user error and do not wish to return a working product due to stupid return rules.

I need to revamp. When I choose Rift I can see my library. Vader Series is free (even though I bought 3 recently) that was downloaded. I have quest compatible games in my library. I have roughly 70 games, how do I transfer my quest compatible games?

When you say transfer, what exactly do yo mean?

When connecting the Quest to a PC for use as a Rift, the interface will be the Rift UI and the games you'll see in the library will be your Rift games. When using the headset as a stand-alone device (i.e. using it as a Quest) you'll see your Quest games via the Quest UI.

The games aren't transferable as Rift and Quest are two different devices but many games are cross-buy which means when you buy the Rift game, you get the Quest version free… and vice versa.

If you have 70 Rift games from your time using a Rift CV1 or a Rift-S some of those will be available to download for free on the Quest, depending on whether the developer has made a Quest version and has decided to offer it as a cross-buy title. You'll see those games as free in your Quest library, provided you select 'not installed' games or 'all' in your library filter.

You'll see those games in the Quest store as free to download*.

Actually, cross-buy titles don’t automatically populate the “not installed” section of the library; you have to find them in the Quest store (marked as Free) and claim them there.

Here is the cross-buy section of the Quest store. If you look at that page while logged in to your Oculus account, you should see the price as Free on any title for which you own the Rift version. Click on Free to claim the apps, and then they will appear in your Quest library under the “not installed” filter.

DK2, CV1, Go, Quest, Quest 2, Quest 3.

Thanks everyone, I thought the free thing was some sort of fluke.
