Occulus Quest 2 Carrying Case Zipper Stuck

I just got my Carrying Case with my battery Elite Strap, and the zipper gets stuck a lot. Like, it took 6 attempts to get my headset back out of it. I noticed it is hardest to open the cable holder on the strap, but I can't flip it due to the case design. The little string to unzip and the tiny zipper are just giving me a hard time. I love everything about the case except for the zipper. If possible, is there any way to make a version with a better zipper or different mechanism such as velcro with one locking mechanism like a latch. or it might use magnets with a similar latch, but that may harm the quest. Either way, It just gives me too many issues as it is now, and makes it feel like I'm locking my headset away from myself as I have to "battle" with the case every time I want to play on my new headset.

I had a case with a broken zipper that was stuck.  Returned it and got a replacement.  New case has same zipper issue.  At this point I am just asking for my money back:( I like the case otherwise...

Same issue here.   the quest 2 case is a significant step back even from the Quest 1 case.   It looks like it is covered in budget carpet padding and hidden zipper design was destined to fail, not even thrilled with the controller holder in the center, to be honest.  It is a complete miss.

Zipper fine but flimsy string you pull on just pulls out and can't get back in.. new design here makes sense

I kept my case 2 days, then returned it to Amazon, not only is the string thing a stupid idea, the case just didn't feel like it was worth $79AU, and to top it off, I just couldn't figure out how to seat the controllers properly, they just felt like they were in wrong (maybe that's just me) I ended up getting the Esimen all in one, much better (in my opinion) and $30AU cheaper.

My zip string came off in 2 days & I had to cut the knot off to rethread it. Fiddly, really poor design. The zip does not close cleanly towards the bottom so it isn't going to last long. Also the strap battery discharges 20% overnight if left plugged into the headset. Have turned it.
