Just opened a new unit. Upon putting the unit on, the display was upside down and not tracking the controllers at all. Tried factory resetting, but nothing worked. Any advice before I just return this thing?
I had exact same issue - first it was just the controllers would move all over the place making controlling the set up procedure impossible then after a few restarts/reboots/resyncing etc the headset itself would just jitter uncontrollably.
