hi looking for some advice my quest 2 keeps saying it cant connect to to Wi-Fi try again but when I go to Wi-Fi setting on it it is saying its connected and signal is excellent and frequency 5ghz i have tried connecting to my mobile data to see if that worked ( i know might not be go enough signal ) but though worth a try but still nothing. could the issue be down to my Wi-Fi or my device any ideas thanks
We are having the same issue!? Tried resetting router... my son can sometimes log in, but then loses connection fairly soon after. We had been using it daily for the past 2 months with no issues.... Do we need to reset the Oculus somehow??
