Has anybody used QUILL on the Oculus Quest with Link ? Has there been any performance issues ? Lag ? Crash ? Overall usage problems? compared to RIft S ? Is the Quest's refresh rate an issue with a tool such as Quill?
Inversely has there been any Positive aspects in terms of "eye-related comfort-of-use" when using Quest+Link with Quill instead of Rift, since the Quest has an OLED display and the Rifts have LCDs...
Just connect the Quest via Link cable, open Oculus Software on your PC and run Quill (rift version).
I don't get why you think there should be a problem. Oculus Link works perfectly with the Quest.
One thing you should keep in mind is that the Oculus Quest is not as comfortable as the Rift S incase you use it out of the box. But from the use aspect you will have no disadvantages when using the Oculus Quest.
I can't make it to work, there's an error, saying: Can't attach HMD to window. wglDXRegisterObjectNV failed. I searched and from what I found, I would need to plug my HMD to my main videocard hdmi port, only, for the Quest 2, it's plugged with an USB-C to USB3 cable. So... Am I the only one in this situation ?
