Oculus Link Detected as USB 2.0 While Using Type-C 3.1 Gen2

As the title suggested,Im currently using a Type-C-To-C 5M generic Cable. Whenever I plug in to the motherboard's Type-C rear port,it is detected as 3.0 and Active Green. However, the moment I start up,Oculus Link,it is detecting as USB 2. While im sure the generic cable, could be one the main factors in this, however,I can ensure.the seller is a reliable VR seller and distributor in Malaysia and have even pass me 2 units of the same cable, with the same results. Could the L-Connector be the factor on this as the actual head of the type-c cable is straight? Would the alignment of the L-Connector and the weight distribution causes the pin to be in constant disconnection as USB 3? Thanks. Attached is my rig specs and BIOS has been updated to the latest.
