Oculus Link Not Launching

I have the original Rift + Touch and an Oculus Quest. I plugged in my Quest to my PC to try out the Link Beta. When I plug in the headset, the Quest asks me if I want to enable Link. When I do, it just takes me to the normal Quest home. When I look at my desktop Oculus client, is says I need to update the Quest. Problem is, my Quest is already up to date. I even did a factory reset on my Quest and restarted my PC. Still the same issue. Anyone else having this issue?

PC Specs:
Intel i5 6600K
16 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 1070
Windows 10 Pro

I figured it out. I had to uninstall the Oculus desktop client and reinstall it. It was a pain to re-download everything, but that did the trick.

Maybe 'Beta' is enabled. Must to be disabled

There's also reports on Reddit about disabling GeForce Experience Overlay if you're stuck with the 3 blinking dots.

This has been solved in the main Link thread, If you've got the latest PTC update in the PC software (v12), opt out of the PTC to revert back to the previous build (1.43) to get Link working.
