Oculus Link does not work properly

Hey guys,
I recently started using my Quest again because I've always had problems with Quests in general. My first Quest 1 broke down on my so I got a second one, after some time this one didn't work perfectly either.
My Problem now is that I cannot play with Link normally because every time when I move my head a little quicker or do something with a bit more "force" it kicks me out of Link. It gives me Oculus Link errors like that my Quest is not connected to my PC or that Link is available. Most of the time I am able to get back into Link for a few seconds or minutes before it crashes/closes again ( this tells me that it is not a "cable got pulled out of the PC" error ).
I had these Problems when I did not have the Public Test Channel enabled and when I had it enabled so I don't see this being the error either.
The only thing that I can imagine what happens here is that either my Quest 1 Charging port took a hit or that the cable is damaged somehow. Therefore I bought a new one for testing purposes right away.
I would still ask you guys to give me your ideas on how I am maybe able to fix this without sending my Quest in once again.
Thanks in advance 🙂
Ps: Quest has a Green circle and checkmark in the Oculus Software.
Pss: I am currently using the Anker Powerline 3m cable with the CableCreation USB 3.0  Active Cable Extension
