I've started using Oculus Link with my Quest 2 recently, but the frame rate was like five fps. This problem only happens whenever I'm not using SteamVR. Even if I am using SteamVR, it's laggier than when I used my link on another PC with lower performance. Whenever I glance at my computer screen while playing, the frame rate is higher than on the headset.
Whenever I open the Oculus app on my PC, it always says that my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements, but that's not the case at all. I've checked all my drivers, and they were up-to-date. I've already tried changing the priority of OVRServer_x64 and other Oculus processes to real time in task manager. I've looked at all my other processes, and they weren't causing any issues.
I used an Oculus Link cable with a thing that attaches it to a USB 3.1 port (both are 5Gbps

Hey! So this happened to me too. I contacted Oculus Support and they said add it to exclusions on antivirus. Go to your search button, search up Virus & Threat protection, then click on Virus & Threat Protection settings, then click on Exclusions. Then on, go to This PC, double click on C:\ Drive, and (if you don't have hidden icons on press View, then press Show hidden icons) and click AppData. Click Open or whatever enter button and then relaunch your game. It may be a *bit* jittery, but yeah, that's the closest I've gotten. If that doesn't work, go to Task Manager, search for OVRServer, right click on it then press Go to details. Right click on it AGAIN and then press Set Priority. From there put it on High or Realtime. Hope this works!
