Oculus PC App will not install.

So I have tried over and over to download the Oculus PC Software from the site. The Installer gets all the way to the end just to say an unknown error had occured. then it suggests restarting my computer and try again. And I did that twice. So I am wondering what I have to do to fix this.

Try a different Web Browser, or try downloading it on your phone and then moving/sending the file to your PC
