Oculus PC app blank screen

So I just got my Quest 2 and a USB 3 cable to play VR games on my PC. Downloaded the PC app, but after picking my profile picture and confirming my account, the screen goes blank. Doesn't matter if the headset it plugged in or not, whether I boot with administrator powers or not, doesn't matter if I restart my computer or not. I would leave a screenshot, but like every other software on Oculus, it doesn't work and won't let me upload

I have the same issue, i tried reinstalling, repair, delete localdate local roaming, reset my pc, and so much more still doesnt work and i'm still trying to fix it... I have put more that 10 hours of trying to fix this...

To summarize

1: Download the Rar file and OTI

2: Use OTI to kill Oculus

3: Use winrar to extract the rar files to C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support

4: Use OTI to reboot Oculus

5: And uninstall and reinstall oculus with the OculusSetup.exe files to bring the drivers up to date.
