Hey so I had this issue before but now its different.
I have a very reputable Kiwi Design USB C to A cable and for some reason it is saying it is NOT connected via USB 3 when infact it is a USB 3.2 gen 1 cable and it is in a usb 3 port.
I have tried all of the USB 3 ports on my MOBO and none of them pick up the headset under USB 3 HOWEVER when i connect my phone to the same port using the same cable, it just works and says it is USB 3.
