Oculus Quest 2 Store Issue

I just recently bought the Oculus Quest 2 about 3 weeks ago and I’ve been having a problem. When I go to the store and select a game I want to buy, I go to the payment method and enter the card information and when I finish it tells me “Unable to add payment method”. 
I’ve tried two different cards a visa and a Mastercard and neither have worked. I know it’s not because of the bank I use bc it’s Bank Of America. So I’m not sure what’s going on so hopefully any of y’all can help,

Here's a walkthrough of how to add or remove a payment method.

If that doesn't work here are some troubleshooting steps that will hopefully address your payment issue:

  • Restart your device
  • Try another device
  • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
  • Trying a different network connection type (Wi-fi or Mobile Data)
  • Reaching out to your financial institution for any restriction
    • Have you successfully made a purchase with another merchant?
  • Ensuring the firewalls don't have restrictions on payments
  • Checking if the default payment method is relevant to the card you are trying to use

 

After attempting the troubleshooting steps, and you continue to run into the same issue. Please submit us a screen shot of the error message, along with the troubleshooting steps you've tried by opening an Oculus Support ticket.
