Hi evryone,
I wanna buy the Quest 2 and want to hook it up to my pc. I have 2 usbc ports buy when i try to connect a monitor to it (via usbc to HDMI convertor or via an docking station) iam not receiving a signal. Is this problem gonna be the same with the Oculus Quest 2? What do you guys think?

I'm more than a little confused, to be honest. Are you saying you have connected an HDMI converter to your USB ports and then onto a monitor but no picture is being displayed? If so, are your USB-C ports somehow supposed to be able to deliver a signal to your monitor? Are they on your graphics card?
Do other USB devices work in the ports? If they do, I expect you to have a better-than-average chance that your quest will as well. It's straight USB device, not a monitor.

I thought it was posible to use a usb-c port as an video output. But that is only posible if it is connected to your graphics-card if i understand you correct.
I was under the impression that the Oculus functions as an monitor. Bit thanks for your response

I expect it's possible to feed a monitor signal through a USB-C port but it's not something that's a standard part of all USB-C ports.
In a way, the Quest can act as a sort of monitor but it doesn't simply display what's on the screen. A games output is compressed, processed and fed through to the Quest where it is decompressed, processed again and displayed. It's a great deal more complex than simplay displaying an output. You can't use it as a monitor or feed an HDMI signal into it.
Plug your Quest in and see if you are offered an option to enable Link.
