It's been like a week since I got the quest. First few days was great zero issues whatsoever. But then after like a few more days I noticed that my quest isn't charging. I tried other solutions like using my nintendo switch charger, it worked. And then I found out that the issue was the power adapter, it wasn't charging my quest at all, no orange/green light, nothing.

Unit failed to take a charge. Down to 22%. Orange light has been on all night. Tried to start system; guardian boundary moves with me. Tracking problems. 3rd day of use. First two days were good.Unit on charge with orange light. Controllers are 3 green.
