Story: I have had my Oculus Quest since christmas, and I have not had any problems with it since today. I was letting my nephews play Beat Saber and the audio automatically turned down. I was able to turn it back up and keep it up to let them play. Then right before i was going to turn the quest off, the audio kept going down and I couldnt stop it. I thought that I got the quest to turn off but it instead took me to USB Update Mode.
Problem: I am stuck in USB Update Mode, it auto-scrolls downwards but I can speed it up by clicking the volume up button (I got my volume down button unstuck but it still auto-scrolls). Sometimes it will turn off and on every 5-10 seconds and holding the power button makes it stop scrolling. How do I fix this? Is there a way to fix it without factory resetting my quest. I don't want to factory reset my quest due to having alot of stuff downloaded onto it that took me hours to do.

SideQuest supports saves from some applications backing them up on the PC so you can try and factory reset. That problem sounds serious though as said already maybe hardware.
