Oculus Quest tracking issues

since the new 14.0 update for Oculus Quest i've been having lots of tracking issues like it got worst than 13.0, every 5 minutes the screen goes black for like 5-10 seconds and a message appears saying "Tracking Lost", the controllers started to drift away from me, it is REALLY annoying and frustating because i can't enjoy a game session without worrying about the tracking

I need to monitor live Beat Saber game play using green screen on Quest.  Do I need a pc?  I have a mac, and borrowed a PC, but don't know why I would need that if I can install steam on Quest without PC.  Anybody have steps on how to set up monitoring Beat Saber game play on Quest with or without a Mac/PC?
