Hi there,
So I had to send my controller back to be replaced as a crack had appeared without much use, I returned it using the label and had confirmation that they had received the device. Since then I have had excuse after excuse of why they haven't returned it. It has been +30 days since they received it. Has anyone else had an issue like this, as I am in contact with Citizens Advice and want to check if it is an isolated incident or more widespread.

I am not making another tickets!! Everyone I have spoken to has said they need to investigate this further and then nothing!! Give me MY device back!!! It’s one controller for God’s sake. These are the numbers I have previous emails 3163396 & 3058878 and 3939161679527714 is the order that has been on hold for 30+ days! Also I have this number (RMA) 592675595054953. Stop saying you need to investigate and send it back, this is beyond a joke now!!

I have exactly the same issue. Returned a faulty controller and now keep getting fobbed off to different people. Absolute disgrace, I have a YouTube channel and have mentioned on there, many people have had the same issue. I am going to bring this up with someone outside of oculus. Useless. All for one left controller.

It has been 50 days now!!!! Just send back my original device!!!! How do you expect a business to work like this!!!! You wouldn’t wait for payment for 50 days!!!!
