I mainly use quest with simulators, in particular AMS2.
I have:

i7-10700k
rtx 2080
i connected the quest to the virtual link port, from which i have 2.9 gpbs
In the debug tool i cranked up till 350 mbps, without any issue.
Basically today i started experiencing constant stuttering, to the point of games being unplayable. And it's not fps issue, as the visuals in the mirrored image are perfectly fine.
Tried reverting back to 0 in ODT, the problem is reduced but i was playing perfectly before with 300 mbps...
Tried updating all drivers, but problems still there...
