Hi Oculus and people. After downloading the oculus software on pc today over 5 times, after it installs, it tells me to choose my avatar before going in and when I choose it and press continue, it leave me with a greyish/black screen. Can someone please help me because I am trying to use my oculus on my pc to play on steam for vrchat and I need to download this software to do it.
I am having the same issue, spent 4 hours last night, and contacted support, still nothing. I've done everything I could possibly think of, updated drivers, made sure windows was updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired. I am very disappointed and I hope they fix this soon, otherwise i will have to return my headset.
