Oculus support still cant fix my problem at 3 weeks later. trying to connect to Facebook on my account and they still cant figure the problem out. i gave them permission to delete my other account that had Facebook set up and I didn't know that I did it. The entire account was unknown to me. the fact that they don't have phone support is a major flaw. The fact that the live chat tech has almost no clearance to help you solve the problem, all they do is report and "update" your ticket. Apparently not the first problems with Oculus support. I understand that problems are going to happen, but the lack of care and effort to fix them is infuriating. If your reading this, I really hope you never get a problem with the Oculus but you probably will. If you're reading this and you don't have one yet then don't get one!! wait a year or two for them to figure their stuff out.
