Anyone know if it is possible to connect Oculus Quest 2 to an Xbox Adaptive controller?

Anyone know if it is possible to connect Oculus Quest 2 to an Xbox Adaptive controller?


So  it can be paired because its a blue tooth device, but for quest games it won't provide much support.  99% of quest games require the touch controllers to do anything meaningful.

But, if you are able to hold a touch control in one hand but not able to press buttons or trigger, could you use the Xbox Adaptive controller to use other hand to hit adaptive buttons etc instead of using Oculus Touch buttons and triggers??

No the mapping in the adpative and quest touch controllers are on different data streams.

There are 3rd party via side quest that make use of game pads.  But in terms of using the adaptive control for quest specific games it wont work that way.

That said what is the disability level of the user? some games range from useable to non exsistant with people that have mobility issues.

So you can do some games

boxing is in (thrill of the fight uses non finger pushes)
Beat saber is possible (no finger pushes in game, but you just need to click the trigger to select

also if you are low on grip strength

this would help for low strength.

some games will also utilze hand tracking.
