OpenXR

When I load up the Oculus app on my PC with my Quest 2 pIugged in (by cable or Air Link) I get this message:

I have checked the general settings and the OpenXR Runtime it is talking about is currently set to SteamVR. Should I leave it like that or set it to the Oculus Runtine?  SteamVR seems to work fine, but will changing it to the Oculus runtime make games run better?

Overall, it seems that set to the Oculus Runtime will insure the greatest compatibility and feature functionality for Quest 2 going forward -   For reference, See: https://developer.oculus.com/blog/oculus-all-in-on-openxr-deprecates-proprietary-apis/
