Pairing issue (headset not found) Oculus Quest

Hi guys,

I am desperate, my oculus Quest simply does not pairing with the app (the code is right).
I've tried everything, including contacting support.
Is anyone going through the same problem?

*Refund or unity change is not an option for me, I'm in Brazil.

Had the same issue with mine ,only had it a week ,worked fine to begin with ,now can't even log into my headset sending it back tomorrow grrrrr

I had this issue, I turned off the phone and turned it on again.  Same with the headset, turned it off and on.  And then, I could pair it.

i have tried that but it didnt work, i have also done factory resets. i have tried different phones and stood right next to the wifi while doing. For some reason nothing works for me.

Just bought mine and it wont pair to my app for anything. I've re-installed,  restarted, tried different phones,  I even made a new FB..... I just wanna cast my game to the phone. Im so irritated

I have the same exact issue. Oculus is also requesting that I send the unit back for a replacement. 

What was the final outcome of your situation? Did you eventually get a replacement headset and you were able to pair it with the companion app?

For me, I needed to disable AND forget the WIFI network on the Oculus.

If the wifi was connected the bluetooth pairing did NOT work.  Simply forgetting the WIFI network and rebooting everything and my pairing worked like a charm.

I found it in Quick Settings/ Settings ( upper left ) / About ( very bottom ) / Pairing Code. ( very bottom )

If i had to watch the 30 second, three part video on how to turn on my device one more time, I was going to smash it...
