Phantom Covert ops stuck syncing

Hi my phantom Covert ops is stuck syncing how do I stop it I have uninstalled the game and installed again and it still says syncing tried turning off syncing it's still the same been like this for days now

I am having the same problem. But, may is ask, how long have you had the game?

I downloaded it about 3 days before xmas

Done a factory reset and reloaded games now it's running fine.
