Do I need to download the game both to my PC and the Oculus 2? Can't get Medal of Honor to boot, wondering if it's because I only have it installed on my PC but not the Oculus...but doesn't that defeat the whole purpose of using the PC to stream from? At any rate, there's a download available on my Oculus, do I download Medal of Honor on my Oculus to get it to work when I boot it from my PC while using the cable?
You choose. The link cable should only require the game on your PC. If you download it on your PC, you can play with Link Cable, Airlink or Virtual Desktop. If you download it on your Quest2, it is standalone and you dont need your PC. An advantage of a powerful computer is better graphics. An advantage of standalone is convenience.
