Please allow a way to manually set floor height and boundries for disabled users

Hi there,

I recently pickedup an oculus quest for a bedridden family member (they're loving being able to socalize and explore in vrchat!) but it's difficult for them to look over the edge of the bed to set the floor height or to properly create even a standing boundry. Right now, the headset most often thinks the floor height is the bed itself, which is of course not ideal for anything, even oculus dash is obscured as the system thinks she's about 1.5-3ft tall.
Is there a way to manually adjust the floor height so that it's approprate for how far her head is actually off the ground? she's never in a fully vertical seated posistion either, usually around 75-45 degrees reclined, which is mostly fine since this is helping her regain core muscle strength while sitting up, (vr is actually really great pain relief!) but there's still some querks with the boundries we have to overcome

Fully agree! Please consider accessibility features/customizing for Quest. The portability of Quest makes is great for someone bedridden - but we definitely need more customizing for folks who can't fully sit upright!

Good suggestion. In fact companies should really be taking accessibility features like this into account from the get-go.

Great request. Hopefully Oculus takes note. See other thread: Disabled Wheelchair user requires additional accessibility options,  https://forums.oculusvr.com/community/discussion/comment/675940#Comment_675940

I know it's not the most ideal solution, but you can actually use the controller to determine the floor position. Would still require looking over the edge of the bed, but could have a piece of string attached to the controller and sort of lower it over the edge and let the ring rest on the floor then pull it back up.

Maybe they could just let you draw a vertical line and where it ends there is the floor level
