Whenever I charge it it tuns on itself uses the charge and turns off. It is in a loop now of just using charge and not been able to use.

Are you powering off completly or just putting the headset on stand by.
Stand by = tapping the power the button
Powering off = hold until you see the shut down screen then selection shut down.
If your putting the unit on standby and charging it can cause a loop if its doing something in the background.
If i am charging i will do a complte a power off.
