Problem Connection to PC via USB-Cable

Hello I tried to connect my Oculus Quest via USB-Cable to my PC to copy some Movies on it. The sign for the Quest is shown in the WindowsExplorer, but there is no Message in the Quest to release the memory. Any Solutions?
