All time appears this message with I'm trying buy a Game

Same problem here, but different language and region.

Oculus store has problems with some credit cards. Tried multiple credit cards and none of them work with Oculus.

Paypal works so use Paypal if possible.

 

I have ticket going on with Oculus support and they have admitted that the problem is in the Oculus side, not the credit cards.

In the case that your problem is not related to the issue, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Have you recently made a successful online purchase from a US merchant?
  • Check to see if the financial institution placed any restrictions
  • Try another network connection type
  • Try another network location
  • Try different combinations of the area/zip code
  • Restart the device
  • Try another device
  • Try another payment method.

  • Try another web browser
  • Try purchasing with the Oculus Home app (2D or 3D)

 

Oculus App Troubleshooting

  • Try the 2D interface
  • Try the 3D interface
  • Try the Experiences webpage
  • Reinstall Oculus Home
