My Controllers (Q2) will shut off randomly and will work again when a different battery is put in. The weird part is that I don't have to keep that battery in and it will still work. It can be the same brand of battery and I can even switch the batteries between the controller and they will still work.
To put it more simply, both of these temporarily fixes it:
Stops working
Take out battery A and put in Battery B
Works again
OR
Stops working
take out battery A and put in battery B
Then take out battery B and put the same battery A again
works again.
I am using 2775mWh 1.5v Tenavolts rechargeable. Not once was any battery below 60%
When I tried a different brand of batteries issue happened again instantly with only right controller. Put the battery that the left controller was using and put it in the right controller and it still didn't. The left controller still worked. It's definitely a controller issue and not a battery issue.
I have unpaired the controllers, shut off the headset, took out the batteries for more than five minutes.
