Quest 2 Hand tracking works but hands are not rendered!

I develop a quest 2 app on Unity and have problem with hand tracking on quest 2.
I made a basic scene with a plane and a cube to check hands rendering.

I followed the exact steps mentioned in the oculus integration documentation and added OVRHandPrefab to the scene but they don't happen to render at all.

Even with the valid Oculus Go/Quest or GearVR app ID, and permissions of hand tracking in manifest file, i can't be able to see the hands. I can still do the system gesture to close the program even oculus button and start button pinch works but not rendering any of the hands.

I tested many versions of unity and oculus integrations. (tried this in Unity 2020.1 and 2019.3.) It works and renders perfectly on oculus integration 1.52.1 but after that version, none of the new versions works. Hands don't render at all.

I try on Macos catalina and bigsur already, not luck.

Any ideas?
