After asking the counselor, they said Oculus was aware of these symptoms and was due to be patched in mid-November. Is that correct?

I trusted the agent, canceled the exchange and waited.

First as a temporary measure

1. Remove the battery from the controller.

or

2. Turn off controller tracking in the settings.

I know this will prevent it from going into sleep mode.

Please let me know if there is a better way.

(I tried factory reset, but the symptoms were the same.)
