Quest 2 battery Degradation

My battery degraded to 1hr30 after 4 months, Oculus Support asked me to return the headset, they received it 09/03/21 said they'd ship my replacement in 2-3 days NOW 31/0321 and they just ignore my emails and tickets asking for an explanation for delay and request for a refund ticket no. 2534238 been without my headset for a month now DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF

Okay , they finally responded 01/04/21 explained the delay and provided a shipping date, a massive thank you to Sheryl of Oculus Support for putting my mind at ease :+!

Supposedly heat affects the battery very badly. What degrees and temperature range have you played in?.

heat does kill these types of batteries, but don't eliminate leaving them plugged into the charger constantly.

this kills batteries like kids eat sweets.

I have quite a few batteries for various needs, as well as a charger. Recently I've been using Solar power station more often.
