I referred 3 people, 2 of which were family members. The referral link didn't work so I contacted Oculus help and let them know. This was during the $60 promotion prior to 12-6-21. I have been getting the run around via email with no resolution on any of the 3. I just received an email that told me to wait 30 days. This seems like Oculus doesn't want to adhere to their promotion and couldn't care less about its users.

I've been trying to use a referral code from my own mother for 2 days and can't get it to work. Why don't they just cancel the program rather than cause so much aggravation?!?! Really questioning whether I want to buy their system now as clearly customer support is horrendous!
