Hello, I would just like to request to see more religious apps in the future. I cannot say enough good things about the Oculus Quest!! Feels like a Dream Come True as I've been waiting for VR for a long time! I come from a religious family and I think it would be amazing to see app with the life of Jesus, or maybe a healing one with him, could be picture of him with rays of light shooting out all around him with scripture voice overs, as well as other religious apps for all the various beliefs today! People really could experience miracles thru this powerful visual experience like never before!! Believing is one thing, but to actually have some visual aid would truly take our Faith to a whole new level!!!
I think we need to walk a fine line with a thread like this. As with most forums that that aren't specifically created for the discussion of religion or politics, the rules are quite clear in not allowing posts on those subjects.
The reason being that they are inclined to lead to discord that runs away from the topic of VR and often not in a way that's productive or friendly.
I think it's best when requesting apps for a particular subject like this, to make that request as general as possible, without promoting any religion that you're affiliated with.

Well there are apps available to a certain extent Oculus TV ( for example ) has a lot of VR tours which include many religious locations, structures and excellent narration about them ... Other apps also contain this type of thing like Alcove or even YouTube VR but your never really going to get Apps like you describe.

We definitely don't need that kinda stuff in the store.. you'd be better off asking on something like side quest for that
However.. the Jesus with Rays should be easy to do.. Just upload a photo of Jesus.. and view it on the quest.. you'll get light rays/god rays from him on the quest as they are fairly bad on text and static images.
Here's a nice multi-religion VR experience I found uplifting. The Demo was free on VivePort and the full version was free for me with my VivePort Infinity sub. I think it's also available for sale on Steam. Of course you need Link (or maybe wireless w/VD) to play this.
