Right Controller Intermittent disconnecting/not tracking

I purchased my Oculus Quest July 30th and was working fine until 2 days ago.  The right controller would stop tracking and stay in the same place in space and only rotate around.  On the home screen it would then disappear and I would be unable to use it to select items and would have to use the left controller only however, the buttons on the controller were still responsive.  I've tried re-pairing the controllers, cleaning off the sensors, changing the batteries, recharging the quest, making sure the connection of the batteries was adequate and factory resetting the quest.  While factory resetting the right controller still would not work and I had to complete the factory reset with the left controller.  Can anyone help me with this? I'm so mad, i've only had this for about a month and change.
