Right Controller not working

Just got my quest, both controllers worked fine until the quest did it’s firmware update left is fine and works but the right one pairs but does not show when using the quest.

Have tried alternative batteries and left off for a few minutes and tried to re-pair & factory reset Any help would be great0k8qfzdv273i.jpg

Another note is that I can see the IR blasting when I am in the quest setup screen but can not get past the setup as it is asking for the right controller 😞

I just want to bump this issue up.  I have the same problem.

I have a similar issue. Since the last update, my right controller keeps dropping during game play.

When I play Beat Saber my right controller just stops working, while the left is still there.
Sometimes, it just vanishes, sometimes it is displaced from my hand.
Usually it comes back after a few seconds, but in a game like this, that means I already failed the song.

I agree that I only observed this after the last Quest firmware update.

Just unpacked my quest, asked for an update during the setup process and the right controller is not found

same as the screenshot posted by the first user when I downloaded the app tried pairing again the controller.

No way to get past the setup without the right controller to even try the damn headset. Such a waste of money.

me as well but mine just flys away and doesnt come back

i bought my quest a month ago and i can not find a real problem....
sorry...if a factory reset and full charge does not help return it

@griffithsp I'd just contact support and have them send you a replacement controller. Sounds like a hardware issue if you've tried all that to no avail.
