Screen sharing Oculus Quest in Zoom meeting

Does anyone know how to screen share what you see in your Oculus headset on Zoom in a way that is not extremely dark? I have figured out how to pair my iPhone with Oculus app to my laptop so my VR screen is visible on my laptop, and I have figure out how to then screen share the VR screen in a Zoom meeting, BUT it is extremely dark, barely visible in Zoom. Any thoughts?

The way I would go is plugging in a usb cable and running scrcpy. https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy
That will show the Quest's view on your laptop (it's a great debugging tool when several devs want to watch what happens at the same time).

(Apparently scrcpy can work wireless, but I never tried it)
