Shipping information?

So I just ordered my quest 2 the other day for a class I am taking in the spring and my account was charged but I have not received any sort of shipping details on it besides the initial email that gave me an estimated delivery date of Nov 4, 2020. I see the order but it says nothing about tracking information. Should one be sent out soon and should still expect for it to arrive this week like my initial order said or could it be much longer?

Same here, I am supposed to have it tomorrow but it is not shipped yet. And I won't be able to pick it up if it comes after Monday, so idk what to do.

Has anyones order updated yet?? mine is still at the same spot and i contacted Oculus and all they said was "its in transit" but still hasnt moved

Mine is still "processing for shipping". I mean, amazon offers next day delivery for my address and it's Oculus who sells it. So I think I'm faulty for buying directly from their website lol

I'm really confused too... I ordered mine, have the bank statement to prove it, it said it would arrive today (11/10/2020) but I haven't received it... I don't even have tracking information to tell where it is. What is even weirder is that when I log into with my Facebook account to look at my purchases it says there has not been any purchases at all... but I have a link in my gmail that takes me to the page that shows my order... but only through the guest portal... again try and log in with my facebook and it says there has been no purchase... this is really concerning... I really need to know what is going on... after all this wasn't exactly a cheap purchase...

Hey guys, I recently ordered mine and got an email stating it would be delivered on Nov 4th, but didn't get any tracking URL. However, I reached out to the Oculus Support team and got an email back within ~4 hours in which they gave me a tracking URL showing it was actually scheduled to be delivered on the 14th.

So my suggestion would be to submit a ticket under the Oculus Support page, with the form "I need help with an Oculus order or payment". Helped ease my concerns very quickly 🙂

(can't post the URL due to my short tenure here... but)
- Support > Contact Us > Submit a Support Ticket > "I need help with an Oculus order or payment"
