Shut down

when closing down I see the option to move my head toward the selection and use the volume key to select rather than the controller, however this has not worked since I received my headset. Any advice.

Same for everyone else I believe. I don't even use these options, it's easier to just take off the headset and hold down the power button for a few seconds until the headset makes and audible sound, the LED flashes a few times then go out - headset shutdown.

It works for the go, not for the quest. God knows why.

Thanks. Strange that Oculus didn't resolve this in the most recent update if it's a well known issue?

Yep, I’ve had the headset since it’s launch back in May and I think it’s been this way ever since. There is another thread about it here https://forums.oculusvr.com/community/discussion/83326/look-at-your-selection-and-press-the-volume-b....
